DISABILITY / FAILURE TO ACCOMMODATE

If you have been treated differently at work because you are disabled or because you need workplace accommodations to do your job, you may have a claim for disability discrimination.

Federal and state laws prohibit your employer from discriminating against you because of a disability. The law also requires employers in some circumstances to provide a disabled employee with accommodations.

If you have requested workplace accommodations and your employer refuses to discuss your request with you, has disciplined you or terminated your employment or has otherwise singled you out because of your disability, Vucko Law LLP is available for a free initial consultation to discuss your workplace rights at (312) 522-2517
